1.Established in August 2005, Liaoning Chengye Automobile Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of automotive starter and generator, located in Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province.

2.The factory covers an area of 6,600 ㎡in total, the construction area is 25,120 ㎡; The registered capital is 30 million RMB, and the total fixed assets is 120 million RMB. There are 336 sets of production and testing equipment, and 11 production assembly lines; There are 216 employees, including 56 manager, and college education staff or above accounted for 45% of the total number of employees; Technical aspects: There are 5 professional senior engineers, 15 professional R & D staff, and several external part-time technical advisers from Valeo, Changdian and Shendian, which is a strong R & D team.

3.The main products are automotive starters and generators. The factory produce more than 200 kinds of direct-drive starters and speed-reduction starters, power range from 0.8 Kw to 11 Kw; The factory also produce more than 80 kinds of Generator, power range from 25A to 110A. Currently, 20 kinds of new products are being developed each year.

4.Production target capacity: 1 million sets of starters per year, 1 million sets of generators per year, and the current capacity of starters are 600,000 units per year, and 300,000 sets of generators per year. Customer: at present, more than 80% of the total products are sold for the hosts, the main clients are: deutz - Dalian diesel engine co., Ltd., Faw, Faw Wuxi diesel engine factory, Dongfeng forward power co., Ltd., Weichai Power Company limited by shares and other automotive diesel engine factories. Nowdays, sample contacted has been made with the Guangxi Yulin diesel engine factory, Shandong Weifang diesel engine factory, Anhui QuanChai power Co., Ltd.; After many years applied for Faw supporting system, both in hardware and software have the necessary qualifications, at the same time the quality of the product has passed the Faw system verification, especially in 2014, has passed the Faw Wuxi diesel engine factory’s products exempted from inspection audit. Chengye’s products have a good reputation and gain popularity in commercial vehicle generator, starter kit system. At the same time the company’s products are exported to South America, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
